IT Helpdesk - Pathologist, Surrey
You will work within the Service Desk environment administrating and resolving incidents as logged by our clients customers.
Our client is a leading Laboratory Information Management supplier with a worldwide network of customers. You will come from a laboratory or Pathology background and posses strong IT skills.
You will assist in resolving their helpdesk queries so strong communication and problem solving skills are required.
You will also need^to be fully conversant with the core functionality of Pathology products and that of general disciplines.
